An examination of the theology and praxis of leadership in the setting of the local church. Special attention is given to the shape of pastoral leadership in a changing and pluralist culture, managing the congregation, a systems approach to leadership, the theory of servant leadership, transformation models of leadership, prevention of sexual misconduct, and an exploration of vocational holiness.
